Hard work...picking, rinsing, cutting,boiling,squeezing,filling jars and boiling again!!

THE COOKING CLASSES

Cooking lessons from Monday to Friday minimum 4 maximun 10 people. They include simple courses elaborated hands-on !

Angela will teach you how to make basic ligurian dishes according to the season, utilizing the freshest ingredients supplied by local farms.

The lessons are given in English in a nice and friendly atmosphere where you will learn how to make pesto sauce, focaccia al formaggio, vegetables pie,…

At the end a little tasting will satisfy your curiosity. Enjoy your meal accompained by a ligurian wine!! Every lesson is about three hours long.

Everyone will receive a cooking leaflet about the recipes presented.

We supply tools no aprons.

Tips: flat shoes and comfortable clothing are required to take better advantage of this experience!!!

LOCATION

The cooking lessons will take place in the heart of what is called “Riviera Ligure” precisely in Golfo del Tigullio (which stretches from Portofino to Sestri Levante).

Thanks to this strategic position you can easily reach the celebrated Portofino and Cinque Terre by boat or train, where you can practise lots of sports: hiking, walking, cycling, running, swimming and fishing!!

Or you can simply have a nice stroll around the typical "caruggi" admiring our characteristic "botteghe"(little shops).
